Dan applies his extensive experience and knowledge, gained during 25+ years of building, to ensure that your home is built on time and to your exact specifications.
We are unique in that a limited number of homes are built each year. This management philosophy allows Dan to personally supervise the construction of your new home every step during construction. Dan work's with a long standing team of sub-contractors to ensure the highest level of quality and care, while meeting the timely delivery of your new home.
With a combined 75+ years of experience, Dan & Ferd work closely with you throughout the building process. from the design of your home through the New Home Presentation, they will be there to answer your questions.
You will find Dan or Ferd on site & willing to make themselves available around your schedule to address any concerns you may have.
